BioXell Shareholders Information

Cosmo pharmaceuticals owns 98,96% of BioXell

On March 4^th 2010, Cosmo Pharmaceuticals announced that 98,96% of all BioXell shares had been tendered as a result of the public tender offer published by Cosmo on December 8, 2009. All conditions of the offer being met, the settlement of the offer took place on March 11, 2010.

Foreseen evolution of business

Work on BXL1H5 has been terminated.
The shares have been delisted on May 19, 2010. Information on BioXell will no longer be posted on the web site which may be closed shortly.
All shareholders are urged to get a bank statement confirming their shareholding post delisting, including the number of shares held.
A copy of this confirmation has to be sent to Cosmo Pharmaceuticals S.p.A. together with the Shareholder’s address (including e-mail address), so that henceforth direct contacts are possible.
